Identify the artifact

A browser preview,a saved screenshot,a seller-issued proof and a production approval can be different things. Do not treat them as interchangeable. A product page may show sample personalization without establishing the exact proof workflow for a new order. The selected personalized glass page used here does not fully verify proof delivery, revision limits or approval timing.

Keep missing steps pending

This reference does not invent a proof email,a fixed approval window or a promise that production waits for a reply. Ask the seller which exact step applies to the selected SKU,quantity and design. If the answer is unclear, mark the workflow unresolved. A checklist confirmation in our tool records the user's review state;it does not create an approved order.

Review each actual field

For a real seller-issued proof, check the supplied wording, spelling, date format, design, color, layout and relevant variation identifiers. This is a practical review task, not a statement that all of those options are available for the selected product. Match the proof against the actual accepted order and the seller's instructions. Do not add unverified personalization features to a budget.

Do not assume character fit

A line that fits in a text field can still be truncated, rendered differently or exceed a design's actual limits. We have not verified the selected product's complete current character rules. Do not borrow a15-character limit from another favor or assume spaces are excluded. Ask for the actual field limits and treatment of punctuation, symbols and non-Latin text if relevant.

Keep approval and cancellation separate

Approving artwork can have production consequences, but the exact trigger depends on the seller. The current FAQ says changes or cancellation are unavailable once an order is processing. This does not establish a guaranteed correction opportunity after every preview. Confirm the actual status and process before relying on a change, especially for nonreturnable personalized goods.

Preserve private records

Save the actual order, proof version and approval communication in an appropriate private location. This website has no upload or submission form and does not forward names or artwork. A public tool does not need the event's personal details to show a review checklist. Any actual design submission occurs separately with the seller under its own terms.

The useful next action

Ask a precise question:what proof is supplied, which versions it covers, what must be approved, and when production begins. Keep the answer with the quote and timing plan. Until that is established, the proof status remains pending even if price and quantity calculations work. Independent content review is also separate from this site's code validation.

Preserve the approved version privately

If an actual proof process applies, keep the final approved file or communication with its version and relevant order information. A later screenshot of an earlier draft can otherwise be mistaken for the accepted design. This site does not host those files or ask users to paste personal wording into a public form. The completion checklist only records a local review state. A checked approval field cannot independently prove what the seller received or what entered production.
