Read the fee's unit

The selected personalized glass page states a16.99USDsetup fee per personalization request. It says custom design, personalization or color variations may incur separate setup fees. That wording does not establish that one payment covers every name, date, color or design in a larger order. Keep the request count as a condition to confirm rather than a hidden assumption.

Separate allocation from design

A per-household favor plan determines how many complete gifts are intended. It does not determine how many distinct personalization requests the seller treats as billable. A single shared design and many recipient-specific designs can have very different production implications. This site does not quote variable-data printing or promise that personalized recipient names are included in a base product price.

Use a conditional calculation

If the seller confirms two separately charged16.99USDrequests,the setup arithmetic is33.98USD. If the seller confirms one request instead, the amount is16.99USD. The calculator can model the confirmed count, but it cannot infer which interpretation applies. A user-entered request count is an assumption until the seller establishes the actual selected configuration.

Do not split the minimum automatically

The public page states a48-piece minimum but does not fully establish how that minimum applies across every possible design variation. Do not divide48across several designs and claim the seller accepts the arrangement. Ask whether each variation has its own minimum and fees. Keep that answer with the quote before using a mixed-design budget.

Keep draft text private

Names, dates and guest information do not need to be sent to this site to calculate quantities or fees. The tools run locally and request aggregate counts or checklist confirmations. They do not submit a design, upload artwork or forward information to a merchant. Any future actual personalization submission would be a separate interaction with the chosen seller under its policies.

Proof scope also matters

A preview of one design may not cover every variation. Ask which versions receive a proof, what approval is required and whether a change restarts production. Those workflow details have not been fully verified for the selected product. We do not promise a proof email, revision allowance or approval deadline that the source does not establish.

Keep the next question precise

Request a written selected-product quote identifying quantity per variation, setup requests, optional packaging and production conditions. Do not ask only whether personalization is included. The more precise question makes the unresolved budget actionable. A correct fee multiplication cannot substitute for the seller's acceptance of the actual design and quantity plan.

Keep one request as an explicit assumption

The default setup count of one is useful for demonstrating the selected base arithmetic, but it is not evidence that a whole wedding order has one billable design. If the actual quote confirms more requests, update the count and retain the quote's scope. If the seller has not confirmed the request structure, leave the full budget unresolved. A calculator should not hide this uncertainty behind the word personalization, especially when variations may change both fees and minimum quantities.
