Use a recipient count
A venue attendance total can include categories that the planner may treat differently for favors. This site does not decide whether children, vendors, helpers or absent invitees should receive gifts. Record the planner's choice and count the intended recipients or groups accordingly. That prevents an attendance figure from silently becoming an order recommendation.
Keep categories non-overlapping
If a helper is also an invited guest, counting that person in both categories can inflate the total. Use a private planning list to resolve overlaps before entering the aggregate count. The tool does not need names, ages or roles. It cannot inspect a list or identify duplicates, and no personal event information is transmitted from its count fields.
Do not turn a gift into an age-safety claim
The selected items include glass containers and coasters. Their appearance as wedding favors does not establish suitability for every child or an age-specific safety approval. This reference provides no child-use recommendation or toy classification. If a planner wants a different item for a particular group, that is a separate product-verification task rather than a reason to assume the same favor is universally appropriate.
Use extras transparently
A whole-number extras field makes the contingency visible. For example,75chosen recipients plus5chosen extras equals80intended favors. The5is a user planning choice, not a measured expected breakage rate or a statement about late attendance. Keep the reason in the private event plan if useful, but the calculator only needs the number.
Preserve the product minimum
If a personal allocation requires30glass coasters, the selected personalized product still states a minimum order of48. A smaller recipient count does not override that seller condition. The tool can show the resulting above-target quantity without implying that the order should be split across designs or that a seller will waive the minimum. Confirm current conditions directly before purchase.
Do not promise distribution outcomes
A correct order total does not prove that every intended recipient receives a favor at an event. Placement, collection and venue instructions remain separate tasks. We publish no invented guest satisfaction rate,no fictional couple's experience and no claim that a particular favor is always appreciated. The examples are arithmetic cases with stated assumptions.
Reconcile before checkout
Compare the chosen recipient count, extras, whole selling packs and any minimum quantity. Then check whether the actual basket still matches the selected product and personalization request. If different categories use different products, keep separate order lines and component lists. This makes the final count reviewable without turning a public website into a guest-management database.
Keep separate products on separate lines
If one chosen group receives a different favor, their quantity should not share a single product's pack factor. Calculate each exact product line separately and reconcile the combined allocation in the private event plan. A total of80does not establish that the right mix of products has been purchased. This website does not decide the distribution or recommend an age-specific item. It simply keeps the numerical assumptions visible so a reviewer can identify which line needs a different verified offer.
