Choose the actual method
A favor at every selected place setting and a favor collected from a shared table create different handling tasks. This site does not prescribe one method as etiquette. Decide what the planner intends and communicate it to the actual venue or helpers. The count tool supports the chosen allocation, but it cannot verify that the event setup follows it.
Keep grouped favors recognizable
A per-household or chosen-group plan can be confused with a per-person display if every visible gift looks individually available. Use an appropriate private handoff record and clear venue instructions rather than expecting helpers to infer relationships. The public website does not need guest names or a seating chart. It works with aggregate counts only.
Do not equate display pieces with total supply
A display may hold only part of the order, with the rest stored for later placement or distribution. Keep actual stock, display count and intended allocation separate. The presence of80gift sets in a basket does not prove80recipients collected one. We have no real-event distribution data and do not invent a take-home or satisfaction percentage.
Consider the finished format
The selected cork set has a described presentation tie and tag. Empty jars need the planner's additional completion steps. Personalized glass may use optional sleeves requiring assembly. A placement plan should specify whether the venue receives finished favors or components. Do not assume staff will assemble custom packaging unless that actual service has been agreed.
Keep venue conditions specific
Ask about table access, setup timing, storage and responsibility for moving favors. Those are the actual venue's conditions, not rules this site can generalize. If a different product involves food or candles, verify its separate venue and product requirements. This reference supplies no food-allergen assurance,open-flame approval or universal disposal instruction.
Use a count reconciliation
Before handoff, compare the intended target with actual completed favors and any separately identified extras. Pack-rounding overage does not have to be displayed or assigned to imaginary guests. Keep it as overage unless the planner chooses another use. A clear count sheet can reduce ambiguity without requiring personal data in a browser tool.
Finish with a named responsibility
The planner should establish who receives the items and which actual instructions apply. This guide does not create a contract or guarantee event execution. A complete quantity calculation and an attractive table image are not evidence that a real setup has been tested. Independent content review remains pending, and no fictional wedding experience is claimed.
Keep display instructions separate from personal data
A venue can receive an aggregate count and an actual distribution instruction through the planner's appropriate private process. This website does not need to know the names on place cards or household relationships to explain that distinction. It has no public guest-list import, upload endpoint or fake reservation form. If a future feature uses personal data,it would need its own actual implementation and review. The current local tools only calculate and display the user's aggregate entries.
